The 21st-century
educator.
Futureproofing leaders for a changing world.
Loretta teaches at the intersection of strategy, leadership, entrepreneurship, innovation and emerging technology, preparing students and executives not simply for the jobs of today, but for industries, technologies and ever evolving possibilities.
Across university classrooms, MBA programmes and executive education in the U.S., Asia and the Middle East, she brings the perspective of both practitioner and professor: a founder building with AI and emerging technologies, an executive who has led across sectors and cultures, and an educator who believes the best learning happens when theory meets the real world.
Her teaching explores the questions leaders increasingly need to answer: How do we lead through uncertainty? How will AI reshape organizations and work? What remains uniquely human? How do we turn innovation into impact and build organizations that people actually want to belong to?
Loretta holds a Doctorate in Philosophy from the National University of Singapore, with doctoral research at UCLA, and has studied at UC Davis and the University of London.
